We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our busy and dynamic property team in Bristol. Key Responsibilities
Handling a full range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development transactions
Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documentation
Advising clients on commercial property transactions and associated risks
Liaising with clients, other solicitors, landlords, tenants, and relevant stakeholders
Managing a caseload independently while ensuring high standards of client care
Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development where appropriate
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property law
Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and relevant legislation
Proven ability to manage a commercial property caseload independently
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
