We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our customers team in Roseville. This role assists with marketing communications, internal outreach, and collaboration with agencies and industry partners. It requires strong organization, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and in a team.

Location: Roseville, CA

Pay Range: $65,000-80.000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Write and edit content for industry newsletters and manage distribution.
• Maintain marketing collateral and coordinate sponsorship/sampling requests.
• Support inter-agency meetings, campaign data collection, and analysis.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for industry events and meetings.
• Manage contacts, bios, and media opportunities for industry communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (up to 2 years of experience, including internships).
• Strong organizational, writing, and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of public relations and content marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva, and project management tools.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented professional passionate about agriculture and strategic marketing.
