About the Role

Join a leading Australian construction and property company delivering a large-scale business & technology transformation. As a Solution Architect, you’ll lead the end-to-end design of complex, multi-system solutions across CRM, ERP, HRIS, and construction tech.

You’ll work directly with business and technology stakeholders, influencing key decisions and helping shape the architecture function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with real ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design across enterprise platforms: CRM, ERP, HR, finance, and construction systems
• Map business processes and align them with system configurations
• Design and communicate integration approaches (data flows, APIs – no coding required)
• Collaborate with delivery teams, engineers, and vendors to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutions
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite and senior leadership
• Evaluate build vs buy decisions and support SaaS and off-the-shelf platform integration
• Operate across multiple projects, switching contexts while maintaining structure and delivery focus

Skills and Experience

• Strong experience delivering complex transformation programs in mid-sized organisations
• Deep understanding of business processes, system configuration, and application integration
• Hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), ERP, and HRIS platforms
• Track record integrating SaaS and packaged platforms 
• Broad tech exposure — not limited to a single ecosystem or vendor
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging GMs, project teams, and executives
• Experience with construction, asset management, or supply chain systems is valued
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication is essential
