Conduct proactive headhunting and approaching top talent candidates directly
Deliver market mapping and candidate research to support the Partner Hire recruiters
Leverage internal databases and networks, as well as social media
Develop candidate pools in key growth or capability areas based on demand
Ensure shortlists are inclusive and meet our D&I commitments
Develop internal pipelines and candidate pools, driving internal mobility opportunities for our people
Develop competitor market intel to support hiring decisions
Use candidate ATS accurately
Support the Partner recruiter team in stakeholder management
Ensure consistency of approach, execution and delivery across all Partner Hiring and follow the firm’s partnership governance
