About the role
 
You will join a collaborative and high-performing corporate practice working closely with senior leaders on energy M&A transactions. The role will involve direct exposure to clients, complex negotiations, and end-to-end deal execution across a varied portfolio of transactions.
 
The successful candidate will work within a tight-knit team environment with strong support from leadership and clear pathways for progression into senior positions over time. Duties
  • Lead corporate M&A matters across energy transactions
  • Manage deal execution, negotiations, and client advisory work
  • Draft and review transaction documents
  • Coordinate projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong client relationships across complex transactions
Skills & experience
  • Corporate M&A experience from a top-tier or mid-tier law firm
  • Minimum 3 years PQE, all the way up to Special Counsel level
  • Strong academic background with high university results
  • Experience across complex transactional work
  • Interest in the energy sector and long-term career growth within energy
