Community Manager (A1441307B) Lexington, Massachusetts

Salary: USD36 - USD38 per hour

Our client, a property management company located in Lexington, MA, is seeking a Community Manager to join their team for one month to cover a medical leave. This onsite role has hours from 8:30am-5pm and offers free onsite parking. It is compensating up to $38/hour, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a welcoming lobby presence, greeting tenants and visitors with a hospitable, professional demeanor
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute tenant engagement programming, appreciation events, and large- and small-scale meetings
  • Manage conference rooms, amenity spaces, and event logistics
  • Oversee property app content, updates, and tenant engagement in partnership with developers and internal teams
  • Provide concierge-style services, responding to tenant inquiries and coordinating services, reservations, and requests
  • Manage property social media, internal marketing collateral, and event communications
  • Track budgets, vendor contracts, reporting, and billing related to tenant services

 

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, with at least three years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, shared calendars, video conferencing, and document-sharing platforms
  • Strong background in marketing, event planning, hospitality, or concierge services
  • Friendly, polished, and customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging programs and marketing materials
