Salary: USD21 - USD21 per hour

Our client, a respected insurance company located in Boston, is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join their team for a 3+ month contract. The role has hours from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and offers a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite and 1 remote day (Friday). It is compensating $21 an hour within a supportive, people‑focused environment. Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, and chat regarding insurance inquiries
  • Ensure every customer interaction results in a positive experience
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of the company’s insurance products
  • Accurately enter and update policy information in internal systems
  • Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and team members
  • Learn continuously and apply new knowledge to future interactions

 

Candidate Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
