Temporary Office Coordinator (A1441288HP) Waltham, Massachusetts

Salary: USD24 - USD27 per hour

Our client, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support daily office operations and recruiting activities at their Waltham, MA location. This is a 3–6 month onsite assignment, working 34–40 hours per week with a 7:30 AM start time and varied end times throughout the week. Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily office operations, front desk coverage, and visitor management
  • Coordinate office services, vendors, deliveries, and supply inventory
  • Assist with kitchen, pantry, conference room upkeep, and onsite meeting support
  • Help with office events, employee swag distribution, and special projects
  • Support office decommissioning and upcoming office move
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual and onsite interviews
  • Communicate interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams
  • Greet onsite candidates and ensure a professional interview experience
  • Prepare conference rooms and technology for interviews and meetings

 

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Ability to work onsite in Waltham, MA five days per week with schedule flexibility
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Prior light office/administrative experience; life sciences exposure a plus
  • Hospitality or high-touch customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Polished, outgoing, and service-oriented professional demeanor
