Part Time Program Administrator (A1465362HP) Cambridge, Massachusetts

Salary: USD21 - USD28 per hour

Our client, a prestigious higher education and legal services organization, is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Coordinator to support a student-run legal clinic and its leadership team. This 3-month contract role is onsite in Cambridge, MA, offering $21-$28/hour (depending on experience) and a preferred schedule of Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-5:00 PM (20 hours per week). Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Administrative Director and Co-Faculty Directors
  • Assist with office operations, scheduling, and coordination of daily activities
  • Maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets with accuracy
  • Support budgeting, accounting, and financial tracking activities
  • Utilize Excel and other systems to manage administrative processes
  • Handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver professional customer service and support to clients, students, and staff
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

 

Candidate Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of related administrative experience required
  • Fluency in Spanish preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database management
  • Ability to learn new software and computer applications quickly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Experience working with diverse and multicultural populations
  • Prior experience with Concur, Buy2Pay, or similar systems preferred
  • Previous accounting, budgeting, or financial administration experience preferred
