The Opportunity

This Executive Assistant role supports the President’s Office and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, strategic operation of the CEO’s day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and act as a bridge between the CEO, the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, correspondence, meetings, and travel coordination.
  • Manage Board of Directors operations, including meeting logistics, preparation of materials, capturing minutes, and coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate Executive Team meetings and retreats; assist with staff meetings and organizational events as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders on CEO-related matters.
  • Create and maintain systems that ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
  • Provide strategic and operational support on ad hoc executive initiatives and special projects.
  • Support operational needs related to events, travel, and the development or implementation of organizational policies.
