Salary: USD35 - USD35 per hour

Our client, a leading consulting firm in Boston, is seeking a Executive Assistant for a 3+ month contract opportunity. This hybrid position is based in Boston, offers a pay rate of $35/hour, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives in a fast-paced professional services environment, requiring exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and strong client service skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for executives
  • Coordinate internal meetings, client meetings, and special events
  • Maintain executive contacts and assist with business development activities
  • Support billing processes, including invoice proofreading and accounts receivable tracking
  • Assist with conflict checks, engagement letters, correspondence files, and other administrative processes
  • Draft, process, and proofread correspondence and other written materials
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage competing priorities
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 1–2+ years of Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or related experience
  • Prior experience in a consulting, legal, financial services, or other professional services environment preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative and a strong customer service mentality
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required
