Salary: USD26 - USD26 per hour

Our client, a biotech company located in Boston, is seeking an Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This is a fully onsite role (5 days/week) with hours of 9AM-5PM and offering $26/hour. Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supply inventory, vendors, and organization of shared spaces
  • Distribute mail, maintain files, and support general office administration
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact, greeting employees, visitors, and stakeholders
  • Schedule meetings, trainings, and coordinate company events, including logistics and catering
  • Assist with onboarding coordination, including workspace setup and orientation
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Partner with executive support staff and leadership as needed

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of office administration, operations, or HR support experience
  • Professional, personable, and customer-service oriented demeanor
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact across all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
