The company is a long‑established, family‑owned global manufacturer seeking two Sku Lifecycle Coordinators for a 6‑month+ contract, working 8am–5pm with a one‑hour lunch. This role is in Boston and supports accurate SKU creation and maintenance across multiple business functions. The organization operates in sectors such as healthcare, packaging, transportation, electronics, and industrial materials. 

Job Responsibilities

• Understand Oracle requirements for SKU creation
• Apply documented standards from cross‑functional teams
• Identify and correct SKU data issues
• Validate SKU accuracy for Order Entry
• Disable SKUs tied to discontinued products or process changes
• Create trading partner relationships between SKUs and customer/vendor item IDs
• Meet SLA expectations for new SKU creation
• Support KPIs related to minimizing planning and production downtime

Candidate Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow standard procedures
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills
• Preferred: project management or ERP implementation experience
• Preferred: experience with cross‑functional teams and documentation of processes
• Preferred: familiarity with data imports/exports or data quality tools
