Temporary Management Assistant / Receptionist (A1456877HP) Boston, Massachusetts

Salary: USD20 - USD20 per hour

Our client, a well‑established real estate management firm, is seeking a Temporary Management Assistant / Receptionist to support daily office operations at their Roslindale, MA location. This is a 100% onsite role (free parking provided) working 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, starting ASAP, for 3+ months with potential to convert to permanent. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls; respond to inquiries from tenants, clients, and vendors
  • Greet visitors and provide a polished, professional first impression
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Coordinate with building security to manage parking passes and access lists
  • Scan, file, and maintain property and administrative documents
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for correspondence, tracking, and reporting
  • Prepare and set up conference rooms for meetings and client presentations
  • Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors, primarily for building and maintenance needs
  • Provide general administrative support to property management and brokerage teams

 

Candidate Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office assistant role preferred (real estate a plus)
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced office environment
