Our client, a leading player in the agricultural sector, is searching for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team.


This is a great opportunity for an adept Sales Manager to assume leadership in steering all commercial activities across the UK, Irish, and Scandinavian territories. This role offers a substantial level of responsibility and autonomy, granting you the freedom to operate within a dynamic landscape. As a pivotal member of the commercial team, your responsibilities will encompass the formulation of strategic initiatives tailored to your designated markets. Collaborating closely with professionals in Development, Regulatory, and Marketing, you will play a key role in designing a diverse portfolio mix that meats customer needs and strategically aligns with the business's growth objectives. This is a highly dynamic role where you will have a real impact on the growth of the organisation.


A crucial component of this role is the cultivation and strengthening of partnerships with key distributors in local regions. This involves close collaboration to develop an in-depth understanding of farmers' needs, ensuring prompt responsiveness to market dynamics. The client showcases a fully integrated supply chain, centered around primary production sites in southern European countries. Additionally, their economically advantageous plant protection solutions have been instrumental in the company's growth, especially during challenging economic periods. Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and commercial strategy.
  • Extensive knowledge within the UK agricultural industry

  • Demonstrated ability communicate technical information to multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to travel extensively
