Regenerative Agriculture & Agronomy Lead – Innovation (BT.769854.2) Alpes-Maritimes, France
Regenerative Agriculture & Agronomy Lead
Location: Alpes-Maritime, France
Are you driven by the belief that agriculture can be part of the solution, not the problem? Do you see sustainability as something that begins in the soil, not in a boardroom presentation? If so, this is a rare opportunity to take a leading role in shaping and delivering regenerative agriculture at scale within one of the most passionate and purpose-led companies in the world of natural ingredients.
Our client has long been recognised for its excellence, creativity, and deep respect for nature. With decades of experience in sourcing natural raw materials, they have built trusted partnerships with growers, cooperatives, and local communities around the world. Today, that legacy is evolving into something even more ambitious, a transformation that unites all their sustainability and sourcing expertise into one global, measurable, and regenerative agriculture strategy. This is about going beyond compliance or certification. It’s about redefining how natural ingredients are cultivated, ensuring that every product begins with healthy soil, thriving ecosystems, and empowered growers.
As Regenerative Agriculture & Agronomy Lead, you will bring this vision to life in the field. You will work directly with growers and internal teams to design and implement practical, science-based solutions that restore soil health, strengthen biodiversity, and build resilience against climate challenges. You’ll have a central role in turning strategy into action, translating the company’s sustainability commitments into tangible, measurable impact on the ground.
This is not a corporate sustainability role. It’s a hands-on position where you will see, touch, and measure the results of your work. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, to experiment, and to collaborate with passionate people who share a genuine respect for nature and the craft of agriculture. You’ll work closely with teams across Procurement, R&D, Quality, and Sustainability to ensure that regenerative practices are embedded throughout the sourcing and production process, from field to finished product.
You’ll be joining a company that doesn’t just talk about sustainability; it lives and breathes it through its people, its products, and its partnerships. Together, you will help shape the agricultural landscapes of tomorrow, regenerating soils, restoring biodiversity, and securing the future of natural ingredients for generations to come.

- Represent the company’s agricultural vision externally, building partnerships with NGOs, research institutes, and supply chain partners to drive shared progress.
