Global Regulatory Toxicologist – Leading Organisation
Location: Cologne – Hybrid Working Available
Our client is one of the largest Crop Protection companies in the world. To help with the sustained growth of the organisation, we are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Global Regulatory Toxicologist to join their dynamic Global Human Health team.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Global Regulatory Toxicologist, you will play a pivotal role in providing lead toxicology and risk assessment expertise for global pesticide product registrations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting human health strategic planning for innovative product development
- Collaborating with scientific experts and consultants to ensure product support
- Monitoring key toxicology, scientific and human health safety issues globally
- Developing strategies for corporate compliance with regional regulatory requirements
- Coordinate technical toxicology activities with external partner CROs and Consulting
- Representing the company in relevant trade association committees to contribute to regulatory and business strategies

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent project leadership, interpersonal, confidence, and communication skills. Key skills and attributes include:
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to collect, evaluates, and interprets data
- Strong problem-solving skills, including designing studies to support product registrations and safety
- Team player who excels in group problem-solving situations
- Proficient in project management, including developing plans and strategies
- Business acumen to understand the implications of decisions
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop scientifically based product support strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate scientific principles to both expert and non-expert audiences
- Knowledge of quality management standards and the ability to exhibit accuracy and thoroughness in work.
Key Requirements:
- Around 5 to 15 years if experience within Regulatory Toxicology
- Extensive experience within EU Regulation 1107/2009 for Agrochemicals*
- Study Monitoring is highly valuable
- Certifications such as ERT or DABT in toxicology are desirable
- Educated to PhD or MSc Level within a relevant field
- Professional level of English with other languages a benefit
