For our pharmaceutical client, Kelly Life Science is looking for a :
R2P Senior Specialist – AP Excellence
Your Mission :
By making tactical use of strong accounts payable, systems and processes knowledge, as well as solution-driven/customer-oriented communication skills, the R2P Senior Specialist – AP Excellence acts as an all-rounder by managing stakeholder service requests, supporting on challenging invoices and acting as subject matter expert on R2P Systems.
He/she supports the organization in achieving their KPI targets, propose and drive continuous improvement and process excellence initiatives.
Your Responsabilities :
• Close collaboration and active involvement within the AGS invoice processing team. General support of follow-up and resolution activities reg. invoice processing
• Invoice corrections, non-standard document posting (e.g. Tax, language dependent doc.)
• Follow up and resolution of blocked invoices and AP aged open items
• Manage calls and solve respective requests via FNOW, ensuring turn-around-time and expected SLA, provide diligent business support in R2P area
• Pro-active follow-up activities for aged items
• Perform related Compliance control (SOX Compliance) and other internal controls
• R2P System support for AGS team and other stakeholders
• Close collaboration with other R2P streams
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset in the organization
Your Profile:
Degree in finance and/or accounting or relevant experience.
Experience : 2-4 years in account payable department (preferablyshared services).CommandofEnglish (Advancedlevel) and preferably 1-2 otherEuropean (GSC) languages; German, French, Italian and Spanish/Portuguese
Ability to organize and manage high workload
Thoroughness (excellent attention to detail)
