Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with an established Atlanta law firm to identify an experienced Legal Nurse Consultant (LNC) for a full‑time, direct hire opportunity. As a key member of the litigation support team, the LNC will provide critical medical analysis throughout the lifecycle of a case, including in‑depth medical records review, expert coordination, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed medical chronologies, timelines, and comprehensive medical record summaries
• Review and analyze medical records to support case evaluations, including causation and damages issues
• Conduct medical literature searches and synthesize findings for attorneys
• Identify, screen, and coordinate review of medical expert witnesses
• Locate, organize, and prepare demonstrative medical evidence for trial and mediation
• Educate attorneys and clients on relevant medical concepts, terminology, and standards of care

 Qualifications

• Legal Nurse Consultant certification is strongly preferred
• 5+ years of combined experience in a clinical setting and as a Legal Nurse Consultant is required
• Prior experience supporting litigation and trial preparation is required
• Experience reviewing and summarizing complex medical records
• Strong understanding of medical standards of care, causation, and damages analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at managing multiple matters simultaneously
