Position Summary
Beacon Hill is seeking a Product Development & Operations Coordinator to support product development, manufacturing coordination, logistics, and client operations for a global consumer products organization. This highly visible role partners with internal teams, manufacturing partners, and clients to ensure products move efficiently from concept through production and delivery.
Position Details
- Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
- Pay Rate: $30-$35/Hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Work Arrangement: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development activities from concept through production and delivery
- Support product design revisions, specification updates, and production changes
- Partner with manufacturing vendors to ensure product requirements and timelines are met
- Track production schedules, materials procurement, manufacturing timelines, and shipping milestones
- Coordinate domestic and international logistics, freight movements, and import documentation
- Maintain product samples, product libraries, and supporting documentation
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project updates and deliverables
- Support client operations, order management, and account coordination activities
- Manage special projects, customized shipments, and client requests
- Ensure accuracy of product information, documentation, and operational records
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project schedules and deliverables
- Assist with supply chain, warehouse, and inventory-related coordination activities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product development, project coordination, supply chain, operations, logistics, customer operations, or manufacturing support
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, or external partners
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, manufacturing processes, or supply chain operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with international logistics, importing, or manufacturing coordination is preferred
- Experience supporting consumer products, retail products, packaging, accessories, or promotional products is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems
