Receptionist/ Office Coordinator (1453955) Buckhead, Georgia

Salary: USD31.25 - USD33.65 per hour

Beacon Hill Associates is hiring for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator to support daily office operations and provide front-desk and administrative support within a professional services environment.


Assignment Details

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Duration: Contract-to-Hire 
Pay Rate: $31.25-$33.65
Parking: Parking deck available and covered
Environment: Onsite; business professional dress code


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Front Desk & Guest Experience

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Escort guests to conference rooms and coordinate visitor logistics including parking validation and refreshments
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and manage the main office voicemail and email inbox
  • Support incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services

Office Coordination & Facilities

  • Ensure smooth daily operation of the office and serve as the primary point of contact for building-related matters
  • Coordinate with vendors such as caterers, building maintenance, security, and supply providers
  • Manage the office calendar and communicate visitor and meeting schedules to staff
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies and ensure shared spaces remain organized and stocked
  • Oversee conference room readiness including meeting setup, videoconferencing equipment, and catering coordination
  • Manage office expenses and invoices

Administrative Support

  • Assist with event planning and coordination for internal and client-facing events
  • Build invitee lists, manage invitations and RSVPs, and coordinate vendors and venues
  • Provide day-of event support and assist with logistics for office events and meetings
  • Maintain internal databases and ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with travel coordination and expense reporting
  • Provide document preparation, printing, and binding support as needed
  • Assist Executive Assistants with administrative tasks and occasional coverage

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience preferred, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Professional, polished communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive office culture
