Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager (1431350) Atlanta, Georgia

Salary: USD65 - USD75 per year

Beacon Hill Associates is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a commercial office property portfolio.

In this role, you’ll assist with customer relations, budgeting, invoicing coordination, vendor management, and overall property operations while helping drive tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Daily Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

  • Assist with tenant communications, including move-in and move-out coordination and related documentation

  • Prepare and send templated tenant correspondence and maintain move-in/move-out tracking sheets

  • Review and code invoices for payment and tenant bill-backs

  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and variance explanations

  • Support capital improvement projects and preventative maintenance programs

  • Coordinate vendor services and assist with contract management

  • Conduct regular property inspections and monitor work order activity

  • Assist with lease review, lease documentation, and follow-up execution

  • Support tenant billing coordination and collection efforts as needed

  • Partner with internal teams during tenant renewals and tenant projects

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and internal procedures

Top Three Daily Tasks:

  • Preparing tenant communications and updating move-in/move-out documentation

  • Interacting with tenants and supporting customer relations

  • Coding invoices and coordinating tenant bill-back charges

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in full-service commercial office property management

  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and expense tracking preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40 hours, no overtime)

  • Team: Small onsite team
