As a Functional Application Manager, you will collaborate with IT partners and HR colleagues to maintain a stable and efficient work environment. Your responsibilities include:

Second-line support: Assisting users and resolving incidents.

Application optimization: Advising on improvements and preventing recurring issues.

Data process management: Ensuring accurate data entry, monitoring, and recovery.

Ad-hoc system management: Analyzing, structuring, and coordinating requests.

Testing execution: Preparing and conducting tests, including regression testing.

Coordination and collaboration: Aligning with various departments and external service providers.

Continuous improvement: Enhancing and further developing applications such as Treams.

New IT services: Initiating and implementing new systems and processes.
What You Bring

Bachelor's degree level (or equivalent work experience) with 3-6 years of relevant experience.

Experience as an administrator or hands-on consultant in the HR IT domain.

Knowledge of Learning & Development applications (e.g., Class and Treams) and Facilities is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting users and building internal networks.
