  Experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent

Staffing Now is currently seeking an Experienced Bilingual Leasing Agent for our client located in Springfield, VA. This is an immediate contract opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Must be familiar with apartment / multi-family leasing and Fair Housing.
  • Apartment software experience is a bonus (AMSI, MRI, Yardi, Rent Roll, OneSite, eSite, etc.).
  • Bilingual candidates are always in high demand.
  • Luxury property, lease-up, renewals, rehab, and tax credit experience are a plus as well.
  • College degree or equivalent 5 years of professional work experience
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Professional Dress and Demeanor

  • Team Player
  • Weekends mandatory!
