Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a supportive and friendly team? We are recruiting for an independent HR consultancy based in rural Suffolk, and this role would suit a collaborative and proactive HR Advisor.

The role of HR Advisor offers:-

About the Role:
You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, offering practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be a trusted advisor on everything from onboarding and policy updates to complex employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line HR and employment law support via phone/email
  • Manage your own caseload and client relationships
  • Draft and review policies, contracts, and letters
  • Maintain and update HR systems (e.g. Breathe HR)
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and monthly reporting
  • Support internal projects and process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ HR experience (multi-client or multi-site preferred)
  • CIPD qualified or working towards (desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • Breathe HR system experience (a plus)
  • Must have own transport due to rural office location
