NO MORE is a Northern Territory-wide Aboriginal initiative that works with the community to develop local responses to reduce the incidence of domestic and family violence (DFV).
NO MORE aims to reduce DFV through developing supportive cultures in sporting organisations, workplaces, organisations and communities, as well as build community capacity, establish men's groups, provide DFV awareness education, and refer men who use violence in their relationships to support services including men's behaviour change programs, counselling and other support services.

What’s the role?
- Ensure that the NO MORE program meets its objectives by developing evidence based program resources, developing and delivering training, and assisting with communcitions and promotional activities
- Work to maximise outcomes of DFV Action plans, engage individuals and organisations and build capacity within staff and organisations
Is this the right role for you?
- Relevant qualification DFV, Sport and Recreation, Public Health or Community Development and relevant extensive experience.
- Project management skills, including demonstrated ability to plan, implement, review and achieve project goals and objectives
- Experience in building capacity and upskilling staff and community members through mentoring and coaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, digital aptitude and experience with online marketing and communications, and the ability to develop communication tools to reach a range of audiences.
- Demonstrated understanding (or willingness and capacity to learn) and commitment to primary prevention of DFV.
- Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Aboriginal people.
