Salary: AUD85000 - AUD130000 per annum
  • Salary range $85,000 - $130,000
  • Up to $3,500 for relocation, as well as scholarship and bursary grants available
  • Annual incentive for weekend work

Why Territory X-Ray Services?
Territory X-Ray is primarily a bulk billing facility that believe a high standard of diagnostic imaging should be available to all residents of the Northern Territory. Their mission statement is ‘to strive to offer our services to everybody in a timely manner’. Services include Bone Mineral Densitometry, Cardiology, CT Scanning, Echocardiography, Dental OPG and Cephalometry, Mammography, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and General X-Ray.

What’s the role?

  • Providing the highest level of care to patients as well as;
  • Demonstrated ability to perform high quality diagnostic medical examinations employing correct techniques to the accepted standard or above
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and other medical and non-medical personnel
  • Good organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to the culture and values of the company
  • Ability to adapt and respond to change
  • Keep up to date with new / current technical developments
  • Familiarity with current RIS/PACS systems

Is this the right role for you?

  • Approved tertiary qualification - BA Applied Science, Medical Imaging
  • Registration with regulatory body such as AHPRA
  • AIR accreditation

NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
