The Company

The Role
The Operational Systems Manager is responsible for :-
- Business compliance with all aspects of the Integrated Management System (IMS)
- Chairing oversite committees for all aspects of the IMS
- Reviewing and enhancing the IMS on a regular basis
- Driving the S&OP system to optimise custoimer experience and maximise profitability
- Overseeing the inventory levels on site.
- Procurement of all raw materials and packaging required
SKILLS
- Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies
- Analysing compliance needs/requirements
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organising skills to coordinate project activities
- Ability to communicate with others effectively and lead through influence
- Ability to research special projects, respond timely to inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business or public administration, or related fields
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent systems and supply management experience
- Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility.
