We’re recruiting for a purpose-driven allied health provider delivering outreach occupational therapy services across the Top End. Based in Darwin, this role offers two flexible contract options: permanent full-time for local clinicians, or a 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO model for OTs across Australia. You’ll support NDIS and aged care clients through functional assessments, therapy planning, and home modification recommendations, supported by a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

• Deliver in-home functional assessments and therapy plans
• Recommend and facilitate home modifications and assistive technology
• Work collaboratively with physios, speech therapists & social workers

Skills & experience

• Qualified OT with full AHPRA registration
• Willingness to travel and work in remote NT communities
• Confidence working across physical, neuro, and lifespan caseloads
• Familiarity with NDIS and aged care frameworks
• Open to both early-career and experienced OTs
