I’m currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing manufacturing business and play a key role in driving quality performance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Our client is a well-established global manufacturer, supplying high-performance products and infrastructure solutions to some of the world's leading technology organisations. Due to continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a talented Quality Manager.

The Role
Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team, driving a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and problem-solving across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality Engineering team.
- Drive continuous improvement and quality performance.
- Manage customer complaints and corrective actions.
- Lead 8D investigations and root cause analysis.
- Own Quality KPIs and departmental reporting.
- Support NPI projects and part qualification activities.
- Ensure compliance with customer, ISO, and business standards.
- Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Promote a strong health & safety culture.
Skills & Experience
- HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering.
- Proven quality leadership experience within manufacturing.
- Strong people management and team development skills.
- Experience supporting NPI and engineering change projects.
- Skilled in problem-solving and quality methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Organised, results-driven, and hands-on.
