Our client is a modern-day manufacturer within a specialised Food industry. They are the UK’s leading supplier of a specialist product exported worldwide. Due to the expansion of the maintenance team, they are currently looking to recruit a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to focus on all .
Role & Responsibilities:
• Carry out reactive & planned maintenance in a manufacturing environment
• Working on a variety of high-speed food process, production & packaging machinery
• Fault finding & repair work on industrial plant equipment & site services
• Mechanical repairs on conveyors, drives, shafts, pumps & compressors
• Electrical & mechanical fault finding & planned maintenance
• Project work – machinery upgrades, new installations and continuous improvements
• Working on fillers, labellers, palletisers, sealers, pneumatics, PLC’s, hydraulics, motors, gearboxes,
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Must have completed a time-served apprenticeship – Min. NVQ Level 3 Engineering
• Practical experience of working in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment
Shifts & Benefits Package:
• Shift: - 3 Shift - Monday to Friday
• Salary: - £40,000 – £42,500 + Overtime
