Warehouse Picker/Packer – FLT Experience Advantage

We are currently looking for Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our clients team in the Swale area. This is a varied warehouse role involving picking and packing customer orders, preparing goods for dispatch and, for candidates with FLT experience, operating a forklift as part of the role.

The Role

Duties will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders.

• Assembling orders and preparing them for dispatch.

• Unloading incoming lorries and putting goods into stock.

• Loading outgoing lorries ready for dispatch.

• General warehouse duties as required.

• Operating a forklift for candidates with suitable FLT experience.

• Regular heavy lifting, including products weighing approximately 25–30kg.

FLT experience is preferred but not essential

Hours & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm

• 1-hour unpaid lunch break

• £12.82 per hour

• Initially through to New Year, with the potential for the role to continue into spring for the right person.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, picking/packing or FLT experience would be an advantage.

• A reliable, hardworking attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
