The role

The Civil Design Engineer role will see you leverage your significant civil design and engineering experience to lead the delivery of key client projects. From completing scoping discussions to understand client needs through to detailed 3D modelling and production of design documentation, your deep industry knowledge and strong technical skills will set you up for success. You will work collaboratively with clients, leveraging your excellent planning and organizing, communication, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements of this role;

• 6+ years of experience in design of urban development, residential subdivision, and infrastructure projects
• Formal qualification in engineering
• Excellent AutoCAD design and modelling skills
• A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead the delivery of client projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A focus on continuous improvement
• Being a team orientated person that is driven to grow and develop would see you fit in seamlessly with this team
