ROLE: Mechanical Supervisor
PAY RATE: £35.00/ per hour
CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary – 9 Months
LOCATION: Skelton, North East

THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to support a construction project at a school in the North East.

The successful candidate will supervise mechanical works on site, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise mechanical works and subcontractors on site.
Monitor progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with site management and other trades.
Ensure health & safety requirements are maintained.
Support site inspections and resolve mechanical issues as required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within construction.
Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
Good understanding of site health & safety requirements.
Relevant qualifications/cards for the role.
Good communication and organisational skills.
