The roles offered is either to promote and sell company products reaching out customer leads through cold calling using at the best results driven selling skills and/or as Customer Success Agent/Support officer to follow and become a main reference for the client along all his/her financial activity and performances.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to potential customers while following the company rules
- Establish positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Continuously improve through feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- Finnish native language
- Previous working experience in a similar position as a main advantage;
- Microsoft Office package skills and familiarity with CRM practises;
- Impeccable customer service skills;
- Results-driven, and target-driven attitude;
- Strong motivation and desire for growth;
- Dynamic and determined personality;
- Team working skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Determination in achieving objectives
