Key Tasks:
- Create strategies to support business requirements across sites.
- Handle all IP queries and issues relating to specific procurement processes and procedures.
- Deliver value to the organization through developing RFx documents, evaluating supplier proposals (scope, cost, timing, resource modeling, risk, etc.), supplier recommendation and qualification to ensure project success.
- Liaise closely with the end-users in determining their requirements to provide early input into the sourcing process.
- Review system reports, addressing potential conflicts and/or misinformation.
- Develop and implement recommendations for improved efficiency (e.g. continuous process improvement).
Qualifications
- University degree in supply chain, purchasing, finance, statistics, business administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated performance in technical competencies of indirect purchasing, finance, business analysis and/or analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze large sums of data. Experience with Visual Basic and/or Macro coding preferred.
- Performing complex financial, statistical, and comparative and management analyses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships based on trust, credibility, clear expectations, and open communication both written and verbal.
You are fluent in Swedish and English both in spoken and written
