Service Desk Call Handler (Temp)
Location: Cardiff, Wales
Salary: GBP9.23 - GBP9.23 per hour Our client, an industry leader in their sector is looking to recruit for a Service Desk Call Handler on a temporary week by week basis within its established busy team based in central Cardiff. The role will be to support a region of engineers out in the field from initial client contact, arranging appointments, ordering parts to final close down of the job.
Hours: Between 8am to 5.30pm (Shifts Mon-Friday) Upto 45 Hours p/week
Hourly Rate: £9.23 per hour
Location: Cardiff
The Role:
- Processing service requirements using the appropriate systems
- Closing out engineer worksheets and creating Invoices
- Booking Contract Servicing. Locate a suitable Engineer make the appropriate booking and communicate to the customer the estimated time slot (AM or PM) and date of arrival.
- Processing orders for spare parts as requested by representatives and engineers
- Dealing with Customer and Supplier queries ensuring all details are documented
- Liaising with internal departments and manufacturers to obtain information with which to resolve problem
- Close outstanding calls when completed or book follow-up calls as appropriate
- Provide Administration duties to assist in the running of the Cardiff Office
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
- Candidates need to have excellent customer service skills, fast accurate data entry and a good geographical knowledge
