Cloud Engineer – Tech for Good. Remote with travel to London twice a month later in the year. £70,000 - £75,000.

We have partnered with a brilliant company who have just closed their second round of funding and growing by 25 people over the next 6-8 months. They are out to make the planet more sustainable and have already signed up some of the biggest energy companies around the world to do just that.

This is a unique product which has never been done before, so true leaders in their space, I think we'll be seeing their name a lot more throughout 2021! Over everything else their culture is second to none, the people are brilliant, collaborative, enthusiastic and just really humble humans who are all bought into to the values and vision of the business.
What you’ll need to know:

• They are a 7 year-old company of 22 people. With plans of 65 hires over the next 18 months.
• You’ll be working within an infrastructure team, focused on scaling and improving their hugely successful platform.
• You’ll be writing/reviewing code, getting involved with the architecture of new features, whilst working closely with designers, developers, and Product Managers.
• Their tech stack includes Python, Django, PostGreSQl, and VueJS, and
• They use AWS services such as Lambada, RDS/Aurora, SNS, Step Functions
• You’ll need a genuine interest/experience in technical architecture and have a real desire to help make technical decisions.

Well rest assured the whole energy space have seen huge success and achievements this year, more people at home thinking about changing suppliers, people are more conscious about the energy they are using and the environment and therefore the energy sector is BOOMING!
