Property Administrator
Salary: £28,000 + £1,000 annual bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am–5pm
Location: Glasgow City Centre
A growing property business is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
The company is going through an exciting period of growth and is looking for someone who is organised, confident and happy to take ownership of their administration responsibilities while supporting the wider business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the property team, as well as assisting other departments when required.
Key responsibilities include:

Answering incoming calls and dealing confidently with queries

Providing administrative support to the property team and wider business

Coding, checking and processing invoices for approval
-
Preparing and sending letters and general correspondence
-
Completing a variety of ad hoc administration tasks
-
Supporting with general office administration and ensuring office supplies are maintained

Using CPL and Outlook
-
Providing additional support across the business as required
The role involves a high level of telephone communication, so they are looking for someone who is a confident and resilient communicator with a strong personality and the ability to deal professionally with a wide range of people.

Previous administration experience

Experience within the property, construction or building sector
