Join a well-known British supermarket distribution centre as a Warehouse Operative in a fast-paced freezer environment operating at approximately -22°C.

If you're looking for a full-time role with excellent earning potential, paid breaks, performance bonuses, and a rota planned well in advance, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Pay 

• Earn up to £24.51 per hour with overtime
• Competitive hourly rates
• Day Shift: up to £15.11 per hour 
• Afternoon Shift: up to £17.00 per hour 
• Night Shift: up to £17.49 per hour - Post 12 weeks

• Performance bonus of £10 - £30 for achieving 100% productivity targets
• 60-minute paid break plus an additional 10-minute flex break

• Fixed rota provided up to 12 months in advance

Shift Patterns

• Day Shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Afternoon Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night Shift: 21:00 - 06:00
• Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rotating schedule.

Your Responsibilities

• Voice picking using LLOP trucks (full training provided)
• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring all work is completed to the required standards
• Supporting the timely distribution of products
• Maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment
• Contributing to a culture built on trust, respect and teamwork

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
