Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office following successful completion of probation
Overview
We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an HR Administrator to join their Leeds-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the HR function, with particular responsibility for managing pre-employment screening and providing efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all pre-employment screening and compliance checks for new starters
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system
- Produce offer letters, employment contracts, and contractual change documentation
- Support onboarding and induction administration
- Assist with recruitment coordination where required
- Respond to general HR queries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide wider administrative support to the HR team as required
Skills & Experience
- Previous HR administration experience desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Well organised with strong administrative capability
- Team player with a proactive, “can do” attitude
