Reports to: HR Manager

Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office following successful completion of probation

 

Overview

 

We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for an HR Administrator to join their Leeds-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to support the HR function, with particular responsibility for managing pre-employment screening and providing efficient administrative support across the employee lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage all pre-employment screening and compliance checks for new starters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HR system
  • Produce offer letters, employment contracts, and contractual change documentation
  • Support onboarding and induction administration
  • Assist with recruitment coordination where required
  • Respond to general HR queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide wider administrative support to the HR team as required

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Previous HR administration experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
  • Well organised with strong administrative capability
  • Team player with a proactive, “can do” attitude
