We are now seeking a full-time Service Manager to join their team in Stratford, London. You will be managing this service together with a staff team of Support Workers and an Assistant Service Manager.

Both services are new supported living services with 1 service being able to support 4 young adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. The other service is a 1 person flat which will be supporting a female with autism, behaviours that challenge and other complex needs. It’s an exciting time to join the team as the new staff will be a part of transitioning the people we support into the new service.

Full time 39-hour position; Salary £32,582.

About you!

  • Experience supporting individuals who have disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
  • Have a genuine desire to help, develop and maintain high quality service provision for the people we support in this service appropriate to their assessed needs.
  • Have 2 years’ experience of supervising a small to medium team.
  • Experienced with providing Person-Centred support and to be passionate about it.
  • Be able to manage own time.
  • NVQ Level 3, QCE level 5 or willing to obtain this.
  • Duties may include providing personal care and administration of medication.
  • To participate in the On-call rota and cover shifts is needed incl. sleep ins.
  • Working knowledge of CQC and other relevant regulations
