Key Account Manager - FMCG, IC, up to $50K (A027211(ANFH-710153)) Hong Kong

Salary: year-end bonus

Our client is a well‑established FMCG company with a strong presence in the Hong Kong market. To support ongoing business growth, they are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join their commercial team. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role, focusing on managing and growing key customer accounts.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key retail accounts across assigned portfolio
  • Plan, initiate, and execute promotional activities to ensure sales targets are achieved
  • Negotiate trading terms, listings, and promotional mechanics with key partners
  • Monitor sales performance, trade spending, and promotional effectiveness
  • Analyse sales data and gather market intelligence to identify growth opportunities
  • Conduct regular store visits to track market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Trade Marketing and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG Key Account Management
  • Solid understanding of FMCG retail channels and commercial operations
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self‑driven, hands‑on, and results‑oriented; comfortable working as an individual contributor
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
