We are currently supporting a dynamic international product development and sourcing house based in Hong Kong to find an energetic (Senior) Sales & Marketing Executive to join their expanding team.
This is a rare opportunity for professional to gain 360-degree exposure to the global retail cycle - from initial product concept to final delivery into the hands of international consumers. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Product Portfolio & Category Support

  • Assortment Management: Help manage and curate product selections for key retail partners to ensure ranges are trendy and competitive.
  • Seasonal Coordination: Assist in organizing seasonal collections and permanent product ranges, specifically within our pet category. 
  • Portfolio Analysis: Contribute to reviews of our current product performance to help decide which items to keep, update, or replace.

Client Relationship & Account Growth

  • Daily Support: Serve as the primary, responsive point of contact for assigned customers to build lasting and reliable partnerships.
  • Growth Identification: Work with senior team members to spot new sales opportunities within existing accounts and support new business pitches.
  • Performance Tracking: Help monitor how each account is performing by tracking sales data and providing insights for better decision-making.

Commercial Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Business Reviews: Prepare data and create professional presentations for high-level customer business reviews.
  • Strategic Pricing: Assist in developing pricing models and recommendations for how products should be positioned against competitors.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activity to identify potential risks or new "must-have" products.
  • Internal Synergy: Coordinate with our merchandising and sales teams to ensure all commercial projects are executed smoothly and on time.

Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years in a commercial, category, marketing, or sales support role (consumer goods experience is a plus).
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and fluent written/spoken English. Additional European languages are an advantage.
  • An analytical thinker who is proficient in Excel but also brings a creative flair to problem-solving.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
