About the Role
As the Accounts Assistant Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and assist with a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including:

• Answering and transferring reception phone calls
• Data entry and invoice processing
• Reconciling purchase orders in the system
• Providing PA support to the accountant
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports
• Customer service and email management
• Document control, filing, and general admin support
