A growing building design consultancy in Leeds is expanding its team following several internal promotions. They’re now looking for a Mechanical Associate to help lead projects, support a developing team, and play a key role in the next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical design delivery across multiple building projects
• Mentor and support a growing team of engineers
• Work closely with clients, architects, and multi‑disciplinary teams
• Oversee technical quality, project performance, and design standards
• Contribute to business development and office growth

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in mechanical building services design
• Confident leading projects and managing client relationships
• Experience in residential and/or healthcare sectors is beneficial
• Ambitious, collaborative, and motivated to progress
