IT Service Co-ordinator - £25k-£30k - 6-month ftc
I am seeking an IT Service Co-ordinator to assist a busy company based in central Nottingham. You will be assisting the on-boarding team, building and configuring laptops and PCs, creating accounts through Active Directory, allowing permissions etc. This is to help bring in new starters as my client goes through a period of expansion. You will occasionally be supporting the IT Service Desk team, helping to close 1st line technical tickets, across a Windows environment.
The successful IT Service Co-ordinator will have experience in the following:
- Experience with user account administration (Active Directory and Exchange online)
- Knowledge of Windows 10
- Knowledge of Office 365 (including the microsoft family of products
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
You will be an experienced IT support technician with excellent communication and organisational skills are essential prerequisites of this role.
