IT Support Engineer (contract) – Keynsham (on-site) – £200-£240/day
I am seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to work within an established team on a contract basis. Due to the environment it will be an on-site role.
The successful IT Support Engineer will provide IT Support either face-to-face, email or phone to a network of internal customers. You will be working as the escalation point for more junior members of the team, working closely with the IT Manager.
the experience needed for the right IT Support Engineer:
- Windows 10/11 support and troubleshooting experience
- Support and admin of M365
- Printer and scanner fixes
- Application support
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Exchange queries
- LAN/WAN, TCP/IP
- Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Cabling
