Working as the Warehouse Team Leader you will:
- Use your experience of stock taking to full advantage when using bar code scanners
- Demonstrate a good work ethic when dealing with goods in and goods out
- Be a skilled communicator who is able to work and motivate people in a team environment
- Lead and inspire a small team to achieve targets
- Show eagerness to progress within the role. The company in question is expanding it's workforce which will ultimately lead to future, more senior opportunities going forward
- Adhere to health and safety and work to keep the warehouse area tidy at all times
** It would be an advantage if you have a Counter Balance or Reach Truck licence also but it is not essential**
