Inside Sales Representative– Swindon (Hybrid) - £35,000–£40,000 + £10k OTE

 

A fast‑growing technology business is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help drive new business across the IT and networking solution selling space. You’ll focus on re‑engaging lapsed customers, generating new leads, and supporting channel partners across the UK.

 

Key Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Rep

  • Revive dormant accounts and build new relationships
  • Prospect, qualify and nurture new sales opportunities
  • Support distributors, resellers and channel partners
  • Keep CRM records updated and provide pipeline insight
  • Work with marketing on lead‑gen campaigns
  • Stay up to date on products and market trends

 

Skills needed for the Inside Sales Rep

  • Proven inside sales experience in IT, networking or tech distribution
  • Understanding of channel sales and distribution models
  • Confident communicator, comfortable with outbound calling
  • Organised, proactive, and driven by targets
  • CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)
